The Symbisa's sensor array combines a variety of sensors and a GSM modem coupled with Hanhaa Mobile's secure global communication network to allow development of an out of the box plug and play global mobile sensing solution. The Symbisa ecosystem incorporates a sensing hardware module which gathers environmental pieces of data from its sensors and streams them through a secure, self-contained, global GSM network connection to a secure cloud location. From there, users can access the data from their module(s) in a variety of ways at the time they choose. Users are not charged by the amount of data used, rather by how often the data is captured and uploaded. This provides users with a well-defined end user cost model. Additionally, the user can send direct from excel, data such as messages or barcodes that are displayed on the e-ink display on the module. Symbisa sends data to the Hanhaa customer portal by connecting through Hanhaa's global mobile network, Hanhaa Mobile.
