ADG1436YRUZ (ANALOG DEVICES)

The ADG1436YRUZ is a Monolithic iCMOS™ Dual SPDT Switch with rail-to-rail operation. An EN input is used to enable or disable the device. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. Both switches exhibit break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. The iCMOS modular manufacturing process combines high voltage, CMOS and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analogue ICs capable of 33V operation in a footprint that no other generation of high voltage parts has achieved. The ultralow on resistance and on resistance flatness makes it ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. iCMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments.
