MAX823REXK+T (MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS)

The MAX823REXK+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with watchdog timer and manual reset in 5 pin SC-70 package. It combines reset output, watchdog and manual reset input functions in 5-pin SOT23 package. This device significantly improves system reliability and accuracy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. The MAX823 is specifically designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. This microprocessor's (µP's) reset input starts the µP in a known state and µP supervisory circuit assert a reset to prevent code execution errors during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions.
