The 220412 is a blue STATFREE T2™ rubber Dissipative Mat designed to provide a path to ground and eliminate static charge generation when used as a work-surface table mat, shelf liner or cart liner. The conductive (<1 x 10?R Rp-p) bottom black layer reduces the resistance to ground (Rg) from the top of the surface to the groundable point ground and allows the mats to be used with continuous monitors. The Statfree® T2 material is manufactured with high strength nitrile rubber that is designed to withstand abrasion, stretching and tearing and may be used in soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. Material formulation includes ultraviolet (UV) stabilisers to stabilize colour retention to ensure ESD performance over time and eliminate surface layer deterioration resulting in cracking when the product is flexed.
