MAX1226BEEE+ (MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS)
АЦП, 12 бит, 300 Квыборок/с, Дифференциальный, Несимметричный, SPI, Однополярный, 4.75 В
The MAX1226BEEE+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a 12bit 300Ksps ADC with FIFO, temp sensor, internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. Feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown™. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. The MAX1226 has 8 input channels and all input channels are configurable for single-ended or differential inputs in unipolar or bipolar mode. It operates from a +5V supply and contain a 10MHz SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™ compatible serial port. Typical applications include system supervision, data-acquisition systems, industrial control systems, patient monitoring, data logging and instrumentation.
