The MC74HC4060ADTR2G is a 14-stage Binary Ripple Counter with oscillator. It is identical in pinout to the standard CMOS MC14060B. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs, with pull-up resistors, It is compatible with LSTTL outputs.
