The DG409DY+ is a dual 4-channel CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. This low on-resistance multiplexer conducts equally well in either direction and has low charge injection of 15pC (maximum), -92dB crosstalk between input channels (f = 100KHz) with dual supply at TA = +25°C. In addition, it offers low drain off leakage current of 0.02nA at TA = +25°C and drain on-leakage current of 0.02nA TA = +25° with dual supplies. The DG409 operates with 5V to 30V single supply and with ±5V to ±20V dual supplies. ESD protection is greater than 2000V per method 3015.7 of MIL-STD-883. This improved multiplexer is pin compatible plug-in upgrades for industry standard DG409 device. It is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipments, guidance and control systems, communications systems and data acquisition systems.
