The TWR-MCF51CN-KIT is a tower system kit for MCF51CN128 V1 ColdFire Ethernet 32bit microcontroller. The MCF51CN128 Ethernet Microcontroller is a low cost, low power, high performance 32bit devices designed for developers who want to add Ethernet connectivity to their commercial and industrial applications. The highly integrated MCF51CN128 device combine a 10/100 Base-T/TX fast Ethernet controller (FEC) and media independent interface (MII) to give developers an easy way to connect an external physical layer (PHY) transceiver. This device also includes a multi function external bus and multiple communication interfaces for various Ethernet gateway applications. The TWR-MCF51CN operates as a standalone debug tool and can also be combined and used as part of the modular tower system development platform. The module can be powered by the OSBDM circuit via the mini B USB connector. It features two expansion card edge connectors that interface to elevator boards in a tower system.
