The PLCC32-DIP28 PRO is an Adapter for use with the BX32, BX32P and galep-4 programmers. With the Leaper-48 and the SuperPro 3000U the Adapter can only be used if the chip with the DIP28 package is selected in the respective software instead of the PLCC32 package.
