Before coating, ensure boards are clean. If required, the varnish may be thinned prior to application. To achieve an even coating, use a slow steady withdrawal from the bath. If the PCB has a number of large components then a draining step in the dipping cycle may be necessary. Altering the speed of withdrawal from the bath will vary the thickness of the varnish applied, i.e. a slow withdrawal gives a thinner coat. If a thick coat is desired, this may be achieved by double dipping. Do not use at temperatures above 30°C, unless in a well-ventilated area with suitable respiratory equipment.
